Growing up in Baltimore, Cole & Rob wanted to celebrate their love in style in Washington, DC. Wearing a couture Marchesa gown and a emerald gold Oscar de la Renta necklace, Cole stunned against the iconic architecture of the Lincoln Memorial and the morning sunlight.
